Each and every roadblock provided useful information that I plan to implement into my teaching. Having been a swim instructor for over 35 years, I was so pleased to find a course that gave me so many new ideas to try with my swimmers. Many of the ideas will not only be used in my adaptive swim classes, but also my school lessons, youth swim teams, adult lessons, and adult team coaching.
