Here’s what you can do to try and resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Email Folders
    Search your inbox for messages from login@teachable.com.
    Look in:
    • Spam or Junk
    • Promotions
    • Updates

    Try searching for phrases like:

    • Reset Password Instructions
    • Login attempt on a new device
  2. Safelist the Email Address
    If you don’t find anything, try adding login@teachable.com to your email’s safe sender list or whitelist.
    If you’re using a work or school email, your IT department may need to assist with this.
  3. Try Again After Safelisting
    Once the email address is safelisted, go to:
    https://swim-angelfish-certification.teachable.com
    Click Log In at the top right, and either enter your email to log in or use the Forgot Password link to generate a reset email.
