How does the Permanent Openings List work?
Our Permanent Openings List is not a traditional numbered wait list. We maintain each family’s original registration date, but placement also depends on the specific openings that become available.
When an opening occurs, our scheduling team considers several factors, including:
- Original registration date
- Selected location(s)
- Service requested
- Days and times available
- Whether the opening is an appropriate match for the swimmer
Because demand varies significantly by location, day, and time, families who register on the same date may have different wait times. High-demand appointment times, particularly after-school and weekend hours, may have longer waits than times when we have greater availability.
If you contact us for an update, our scheduling team can confirm your registration date and provide general information about your current wait based on your selected location and availability. We are unable to provide an exact numbered position or guarantee a specific start date.
Openings become available regularly, and our scheduling team continually reviews the Permanent Openings List to identify appropriate matches.
